Backup & Restore Your Data Using Titanium Backup Root

How to backup & restore your data using Titanium Backup:
First you need root access
Download the app from google play store and install
You can backup all your applications
You will find the backup file in internal storage
To avoid losing this file when you format the internal storage, move this file to SDcard1
